  • Who we are, how we work

    Anthem is small business based in Amsterdam, NY (USA) with over 120 active clients from all over the US and overseas. All artwork design and programming development is done in-house or occasionally outsourced to trusted, local sub-contractors.
  • Our design process

    1. Initial consultation to determine client’s needs and objectives for the site.
    2. Written estimate outlining the work to be done and what content items are required of the client.
    3. Production of design mockup (a non-functioning image of the proposed site) based on the ideas and refrences provided by the client.
    4. Mockup revised based on client requests
    5. Web pages are built and content is added using the mockup as a reference.
    6. Final content revisions and corrections
    7. Site launch!
    We will fix any problems or address any errors that may occur at no additional charge as long as the site is hosted and exclusively maintained by Anthem
  • Time and expense

    A typical project takes anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks to complete with a budget of $2000 to $3000. A 50% deposit is required before work starts. Most projects include a content management system which allows clients to easily update their content at no additional charge. Updates to artwork, layout, or features are quoted on a per-job basis.  We accept payment from all major credit cards via PayPal.
  • Hosting

    Hosting on our servers is required for most projects in order to provide the best level of support and quickest development time. We maintain our own dedicated servers provided by a world-class ISP in a state-of-the-art datacenter. Hosting plans start at just $15/month which includes email and web stats service.
  • Content policy

    As a matter of conscience, we will decline to work on projects that contain gratuitous explicit language or gratuitous explicit sexual or violent imagery.
